One fine day for my school project we had to make an experimental animation!! it is a group project so my talented classmates( Grace Ho and Nicole Chooi) and myself decided to do animation made from origami. We fold and capture it with camera frame by frame. It is an abstract animation about nature.

Bread Boy

Bread Boy 2006/2007

This is my first animation I created back in 2006/2007 , the story is about typical superheroes shows where the main purpose is to defeat and bring justice. The villain in this animation is the 'fly' , as he flies around eating the foods. One of the bread on display decided to take matters into his own, he turned out to be the "Bread Boy" , the story continues with the hero chasing after the villain and do all sorts of stuns. It is my little wacky and querky animation.

Sugar N Spice

Sugar N Spice Animation 2009




This is my final BA work, it is a short animation about an old lady who orders a soup in a restaurant called Sugar N Spice, but what the customers do not know is how their food is being prepared in the kitchen. With a chef who could not care less what he puts into the food running the show. The old lady, who turns out to be the food critic tasting the food in Sugar N Spice, votes it as one of the top restaurants in town despite the horrible substances in the soup. The morale of the story is that as long as the food tastes and looks nice, we do not care where the food comes from or how it is prepared.
